Asking yourself these questions help you uncover what thoughts and feelings are causing your limiting beliefs. Once you have found out what has been holding you back, NLP will start to address whether those beliefs are in your best interest and how you can challenge those beliefs and change them. NLP will also give you tools that help you change the way you respond to situations so that you can feel the hopeful, ready, and confident in what you can achieve. By challenging your beliefs and giving you the tools that you need to regain your confidence, you will quickly stop experiencing these limiting belief patterns and help yourself get the mindset you need to achieve your goals.
